The doctoral dissertation entitled “Development of the Informal Caregiver Burden Scale in Palliative Care (ICBSPC): A Multicenter Methodological Study,” completed by Gülten TARHAN under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Güler BALCI ALPARSLAN, a faculty member of our Department of Nursing, was presented as an oral presentation at the 3rd International Congress on Palliative Care in Nursing, held in İzmir on 8–10 October 2026. The presentation was awarded Third Prize for Best Oral Presentation.
